Job summary

VNA of Northwest PA in Bradford, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and prevent disability in the home setting, using approved assessments and therapeutic skills in accordance with the scope of practice. Requirements include a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, current NYS licensure, a valid NYS driver's license, and at least one year of OT experience.

The role is onsite, with bi-weekly pay and a wage range based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and/or prevent disability in the home setting using approved assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Able to delegate to Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Communicate effectively with patients and others, both verbally and in writing.
