Job summary

Ipsen is seeking an Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Bylvay, to lead US Rare Disease commercial initiatives and support the ongoing launch. You will manage multichannel marketing, peer-to-peer activities, and advisory boards with cross-functional teams to drive near-term revenue goals.

The role requires a strong track record in biopharma commercial marketing, a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines, and experience with launches in rare diseases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent is required.
• PharmD or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead key marketing initiatives for peer-to-peer tactical plan.
• Develop & execute congress marketing plans and materials.
• Manage speaker bureau content strategy, training and execution.
• Plan and execute advisory boards and multichannel campaigns.
• Ensure compliant execution of promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership across Rare Disease.
• Monitor KPIs and provide performance updates to Rare Disease leadership.
