The University System of Georgia is seeking a Payroll Analyst I to support payroll services and administration. The position requires coordination with technical and end-user staff to troubleshoot payroll issues and facilitate training within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience in payroll administration, and strong organizational skills. Regular work hours will be expected, and some travel may be required.

The University System of Georgia (USG) is comprised of 25 higher education institutions as well as the University System Office (USO). Within the USO, our administrative operations are primarily housed in the Trinity Washington Building located in downtown Atlanta. Our Information Technology Services (ITS) division is located in Athens. The University System of Georgia Shared Services Center (SSC) is located in Sandersville. The Georgia Public Library System is located in Atlanta. The Georgia Archives is located in Morrow. The State of Georgia Records Center is located in Austell.
Supports systems within the University System of Georgia. Engages in system administration, and hands-on functional support necessary to maintain the University System of Georgia's vision for improved payroll services and promote a responsive, service-oriented team operation.
In addition to the above, other duties may be assigned outside of those listed in this description.
This position requires a bachelor's degree and two years of payroll administration experience, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the necessary knowledge and skills.
