Description

This role aims to ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery for Rizing HCM services to our Clients within the agreed commercials and in line with Rizing HCM Values being Integrity, Respect, Courage, Collaboration, and Excellence.
Align with Rizing strategic plans and financial targets whilst maintaining and developing client relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes and value.
Utilizes comprehensive solutions and architectural expertise to support software implementation projects, which supports overall project planning by providing functional strategic guidance.

Essential Functions

1. Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration and overall solution architecture.
2. Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform.
3. Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices.
4. Supports Project Leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions, while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
5. Designs and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
6. Designs, develops and supports business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions.
7. Proactively identifies process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.
8. Provides support for pre-sales initiatives that include developing and reviewing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ’s.
9. Provides solutions Tier 2 escalation point to support resolution.
10. Completes assigned deliverables.
11. Owns the as-is and to-be system landscape diagrams in conjunction with the Technical Lead.
12. Owns the Solution Architecture document - ensures inputs are received from Technical and Functional Leads.
13. Provides quality assurance for sales and delivery cycles.
14. Develops and maintains working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional, and technical teams in this client-facing role.
15. Responsible for supporting functional and technical leads in workshops.
16. Cultivates and demonstrates industry-specific business process knowledge and familiarity with relevant functional strategies, objectives, and plans.
17. Maintains an overall overview of the customer solution, throughout the project cycle.
18. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
2. Certification in at least one SAP HCM or SuccessFactors module.
3. Proven experience working across several system implementations in a solution architecture capacity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Expert in implementation of SuccessFactors modules.
2. Expert with SAP Integration.
3. Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources industry best practices.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner and tailor message to fit the interests and needs of the audience.
5. Attention to detail and quality with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new business concepts, models, and techniques.
6. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Work Environment and Special Consideration

1. Works within a professional office and/or remote environment.
2. Works in a global setting, requiring domestic and international travel, and working outside of regular business hours to accommodate stakeholders in multiple time zones.
3. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, printers/scanners, and telephone applications.
