Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a HCM Data Migration Middleware Developer to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization program. You will design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and middleware transforming legacy HR data into Oracle Fusion HDL/HSDL formats for loading into the target platform.

You will lead a development team, enforce configuration-first principles, and develop REST integrations, BI Publisher reports, and extension UIs within Fusion HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of software development focused on enterprise extension.
• 3+ years hands-on with Oracle VBS, VBCS, or Oracle APEX in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team of VBS developers in Oracle Fusion HCM extensions.
• Design and develop custom layouts, embedded apps, and extension UIs.
• Build REST API integrations with Fusion HCM and external federal systems.
• Develop custom reports and data extracts with BI Publisher.
• Manage sandboxes and promotion across dev/test/prod tenants.
• Establish and maintain development standards and version control.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Support deployments and provide L3 support during go-live.
