Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government in FedRAMP environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and automation.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations using Jenkins, Terraform, and Python.
• Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments, including IAM, compute, storage, and networking.
• Establish and maintain configuration baselines per NIST SP 800-128 across environments; ensure traceability and auditable deployments.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle updates across environments; validate impacts, run regression tests, and manage rollbacks.
