Job summary

Insight Global is seeking experienced HCC Risk Adjustment Medical Coders for a high-volume seasonal project supporting Medicare risk adjustment initiatives. You will code 2 charts per hour and ensure accurate ICD-10 coding aligned with guidelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, meeting quality standards, and maintaining productivity targets while contributing to the success of a Medicare-focused program.

Qualifications

• Medicare HCC risk adjustment experience required.
• 6 months of risk adjustment ICD-10 experience; CPC-A, CRC, or CPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code 2 charts per hour with Medicare HCC guidelines.
• Review medical records and assign ICD-10 codes for risk adjustment.
• Meet quality standards and productivity metrics; throughput ~2 charts/hour.

Compensation: $20.00-$24.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• Medicare HCC experience is required
• 6 mo. Risk Adjustment-ICD 10 experience-CPC-A, CPC, CRC ertified through AAPC or AHIMA
