Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HCC/Risk Adjustment coding experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience performing pre and post-visit RAF reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-visit and chart reviews to identify known RAF/HCC conditions.
• Review provider documentation and assign accurate ICD-10 and HCC codes.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Integrity and Provider Teams.

Skills

HCC/Risk Adjustment coding experience

Knowledge of CMS risk adjustment methodology

Analytical skills

Experience with EHR systems

Education

Active coding credential (CRC, CPC, CCS or equivalent)
