Job summary

Strategic Interventions, LLC in North Carolina seeks a Team Lead for Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) services. The role directs day-to-day clinical operations, applying ACTT principles and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, psychologist or psychiatric NP) with at least two years of full-time SMI/SPMI work and two years of supervisory experience; five years preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed in North Carolina with at least two years full-time experience treating individuals with SMI/SPMI.
  • Five years' experience is preferred.
  • At least 2 years clinical supervisory experience is desirable.
  • Licensed mental health professional with listed licenses is required.

Job Location: STRATEGIC INTERVENTIONS - BURLINGTON - BURLINGTON, NC 27215, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Days, *$10,000 Sign-on Bonus. Education: Must be licensed in North Carolina with at least two years full-time experience treating individuals with SMI/SPMI. Five years' experience is preferred. At least 2 years Clinical supervisory experience is desirable. This position is required to be a licensed mental health professional holding any of the following licenses: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-A), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC or LCMHC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Work experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals who have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness. Experience in a management position is desired.

Position summary: The Team Lead, ACTT's primary purpose is to direct the day-to-day clinical operations of Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) services. This employee must have general knowledge regarding principles of Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) and the laws, regulations, and policies that govern these services. This employee must possess a thorough knowledge of social work/therapy principles, techniques and practices, and their application to complex casework, group work, and community problems. This employee will possess considerable knowledge of family and group dynamics and a range of intervention techniques. This employee must have considerable knowledge of a wide range of behavioral and psychosocial problems and their treatments. This position should have knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment for each stage of change in this area.

Travel Requirements: Valid Driver's License and insurance required. Travel will vary depending on the daily schedule for this position. All travel is in the community where the members live and work.
