Job summary

Wright Directions Family Services (WDFS) is seeking a Bachelor’s level Direct Care Staff for full-time contractor work in Hampton, SC. The role involves face-to-face behavior support and crisis management with pay ranges of $18–$19/hr and $23–$25/hr respectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a psychology-focused program (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science) from an accredited university or college.
• Experience working with the population served is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral modification interventions for children and adolescents with behavioral disturbances.
• Deliver in-school, after-school/evening, home and community-based services.
• Provide family support services to help families develop coping strategies.
• Teach independent living skills and social problem-solving.
