SUN Behavioral Health in Hampton, SC is seeking a Bachelor’s level direct care staff to join an award-winning agency. The role offers face-to-face behavior support and crisis management duties with competitive pay based on experience and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities include behavioral modification interventions, school and community-based services, family support, and teaching independent living skills to youth and families served by the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a program primarily psychological in nature (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science) from an accredited university or college and experience working with the population we serve preferred.

• In-school, after-school/evening, home & community-based service interventions.
• Family Support Services designed to assist families to develop strategies for coping more effectively with problems resulting from behavioral health issues.

Job Type: Full-time contractors

Pay Range: $18-$19/hr. for face-to-face Behavior Support

$23 -25/hr for Crisis Management

Wright Directions Family Services (WDFS) are community-based services for at-risk youth which include: (Behavioral Health Screening, Diagnostic Assessment Services, Therapy/Counseling Services and Service Plan Development). WDFS received accolades Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. These are medical or remedial services that have been recommended by a physician for maximum reduction of physical or mental disability and restoration of a beneficiary to their best possible functional level.
