CereCore is seeking a Project Manager II to coordinate MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects in a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, collaboration with stakeholders, and proactive management to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will assist in project coordination, support system build activities, participate in testing, and help with documentation, risk management, and post-project reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience required.
• Exposure to hospital operations preferred.
• Experience with EHR implementation projects, particularly MEDITECH Expanse, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to documentation of technical and functional requirements, providing system guidance to clients.

Position Overview

CereCore is seeking a Project Manager II to support and coordinate a variety of MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and proactive project management to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will assist in project coordination, support system implementation efforts, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure a smooth transition throughout each phase.

• Assist in managing MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
