HomeWell Care Services, Inc. in San Mateo County, California is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support seniors and homebound individuals in their homes. This role focuses on companionship, personal care, mobility support, and safe daily routines.

Qualifications

• HCA certification or CNA license preferred.
• Caregiving experience: 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time.
• Strong communication and a compassionate heart.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients).
• Current TB test.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
• Trustworthiness, punctuality, and maturity.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Prepare meals and give medication reminders.
• Follow safety protocols in emergencies.
• Engage clients in activities they love to promote wellness.
