Job summary

Knowledge Builders Inc is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to collaborate with agency unit stakeholders to document current business processes and define To-Be requirements aligned with the agency's technology roadmap.

You will lead multi-bureau sessions, interview stakeholders to codify requirements for existing and new applications, ensuring traceability from business needs to technical specifications. Salesforce Omni Studio and Public Sector solutions are relevant to this role.

Qualifications

Day-to-day Tasks

Leading JAD sessions for As-Is/To-Be business processes/use cases. Interviewing stakeholders to document requirements for existing and new applications. Working across all bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes.

Mandatory Qualifications

Business Analyst–

Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.

Expert

84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications

• 84 Months Experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder’s business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques like map processes and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
• 84 Months Experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.
• 60 Months Experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
• 60 Months Experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines and requirements change control.
• 60 Months Experience working with application architects and development teams to answer questions and resolve conflicting requirements.
• 24 Months Experience with Salesforce – Omni Studio and Public Sector solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and or Developer.
• 12 months Jira application and or SCRUM experience.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
