Project/Program

NYMatters.

This position will serve as the architect for NYMatters on Siebel and other associated technologies.

Day-to-day Tasks

Analyze user requirements, design and develop solutions relating to data loads and data transformation in Oracle Siebel system NYMatters. Help plan and execute upgrades, repository merges, and changes to Siebel's underlying database. Work with developers to ensure customizations follow Siebel best practices and limit technical debt. Design and implement technical solutions that enhance system performance and support seamless interoperability within organization's IT landscape.

Mandatory Qualifications

Software Architect–

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Expert

84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications

• 84 months of experience as a developer of Siebel.
• 84 months of experience working as a Siebel Technical Architect.
• 84 months of experience integrating Siebel with other technologies such as Git repositories, Oracle Databases, SOAP, and Rest API.
• 84 months of experience with Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager.)
• 84 months experience with data conversion and migration to Siebel from other data sources.
• 60 months experience working for a government agency.
