The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for staffing, training, and coaching the Internet Sales Coordinators for the San Diego Division. This role ensures compliance with Department of Real Estate rules and regulations while driving engagement through Lennar’s Digits, Lead Scoring, and Self-Guided Tour sales process. The Internet Sales Manager partners closely with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and achievement of divisional sales goals. Travel to various communities may be required.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in residential internet sales, sales management, or related industries required.
High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
Licensed California Department of Real Estate Agent and/or Broker required.
Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Professional presence and ability to manage conflict effectively.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; advanced computer skills preferred.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license preferred.
Resourceful, patient, and clear communicator with strong motivational skills.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
