Overview

Our client located in Nashville, TN is looking for a Senior HB Claims Analyst to assist with ongoing implementations and M&A activity. This resource will be responsible for regulatory requirements, claims resolution, and system configuration/troubleshooting. This role is fast-paced and complex so the ideal resource will support both HB claims and admin functions across their current facilities. This resource will need to be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Manage 837/835 transmissions, claims status, and attachments (including fax-based workflows).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage state reporting across multiple states.
• Identify and correct regulatory edits and troubleshoot claims errors.
• Support full cycle system implementations, including at least one completed implementation.
• Work on specialized projects, including a micro-hospital implementation.
• Collaborate with HB Claims and HB Admin teams to troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, trainers, and stakeholders to improve workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HB Claims certification and HB Admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory needs, state reporting, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot claims errors and manage larger system issues.
• Experience with SSI (clearinghouse).
• Excellent interpersonal skills — confident, adaptable, and able to work with multiple personalities.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Prior experience supporting micro-hospital projects.
