The position requires SAP and WMS experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and document control across a fast-paced operation.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexible and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Multitask, highly organized with excellent time management.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (intermediate).
• SAP and WMS knowledge at an intermediate level.
• Safety Sensitive Position. May require equipment certification depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse.
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation; partner with inventory to resolve issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis and communicate with customers to assist with needs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
