Puryear Tank Lines seeks an experienced HazMat Transport Owner Operator with a valid Class A CDL to haul tanker freight from Roseburg, OR. This role rewards safety, reliability, and customer service with flexible, high-mileage runs leading to earnings of $250,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Active TWIC card required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug/alcohol tests, criminal background check, pre-employment road test, and physical abilities test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with tanker freight.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete DOT-required vehicle inspections and documentation.
• Haul tanker freight safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo according to customer requirements.
• Protect freight throughout transport.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required DOT records.
• Communicate with dispatch using PeopleNet.
• Obtain required customer paperwork and signatures.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Represent Puryear Tank Lines professionally with every customer interaction.
• Attend required safety meetings and training.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class A CDL

Truck Specifications:

• 2010 or newer tractor preferred
• Truck must pass inspection by the Puryear Tank Lines maintenance team before being placed into service
• Puryear Tank Lines will install all company lettering
