Job summary

Kratos Defense is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare and coordinate shipments for on-time delivery, maintaining shipping records in accordance with government procedures.

You will prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and DD250s/WAWF, enter requirements into Exostar, and arrange freight with carriers while ensuring HazMat compliance. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in supply chain and HazMat certification, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• College/university education in Supply Chain field or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 4 years related experience in Supply Chain.
• HazMat Shipping Certification.
• APICS Certification or in pursuit of Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
• Prepare DD250s/WAWF and DD1149s per FAR requirements.
