Green Metals Battery Innovations, LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, schedule, and execute inbound and outbound shipments for feed and finish goods, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective transport. You will support plant operations and regulatory compliance (DOT, EPA, OSHA) across the logistics process.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics, with knowledge of hazardous materials regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, hazardous materials preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations.
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inbound shipments from suppliers.
• Prepare outbound shipments per carrier requirements.
• Verify hazardous materials documentation per DOT/EPA/OSHA.
• Track shipments and resolve delays.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Source and manage carriers.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives in logistics.
• Maintain logistics KPIs.
• Use systems to track shipments and inventory.
• Collaborate with production team.
