Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working as a hazardous building materials technician or environmental field technician.
• Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) or Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) certification required.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER and 10/30-Hour Construction Safety certifications or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal.
• Conduct building related environmental, indoor air quality, and health & safety assessments.
• Gain experience in environmental consulting focusing on hazardous materials.
