Qualifications

• Energetic and interested in building science and systems.
• 2+ years’ experience as a hazardous building materials technician or environmental field technician.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety as the number one goal.
• Gain experience in environmental consulting and conduct assessments.
• Prepare reports and project documents related to field operations.

Skills

Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong interest in environmental health & safety

Education

College degree (BS, MS, MPH) in a science-related field

Tools

OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification

10/30-Hour Construction Safety certification
