Job description

HAZMAT/Environmental Professional (Hybrid) – Kailua, Hawaii

We are seeking an experienced HAZMAT/Environmental Professional to oversee hazardous materials investigations, inspections, abatement, and demolition monitoring projects in Kailua, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years of specific experience with asbestos, lead, mold, and other environmental contaminants, along with experience managing technical teams or divisions.

Candidates should have active Hawaii Department of Health certifications in asbestos and lead inspection, abatement oversight, risk assessment, and project design. Experience with demolition oversight, field monitoring, regulatory compliance, and project management is highly preferred.

This is a Kailua, Hawaii-based position, and relocation is not planned. Exceptional out-of-state candidates with a very close match to the requirements may be considered.
