Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking an enthusiastic driver with a Class B license with HazMat to collect sharps and medical waste in the Easton area and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include operating a 26 ft box truck, loading/unloading, DOT compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting schedules. This full-time role offers benefits and a $3,000 new hire bonus after probation.

Qualifications

• Must have Class B license with HazMat endorsement and clean driving record.
• 3+ years experience operating 26 ft box trucks.
• DOT medical card and HazMat certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare locations.
• Deliver to customer sites and provide high levels of customer service.
• Operate a 26 ft box truck safely and on schedule.
• Load/unload and organize cargo per schedule needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and roadside inspections.
• Maintain communication regarding deliveries and changes.
• Pass Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and pre/post-trip checks.

Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Easton!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B license WITH HAZMAT and experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Easton, PA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!
• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD AND HAZ
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
