Maine Oxy is hiring a HazMat Class B Driver for local, full-time routes in Milford, MA. The role offers hourly pay with overtime and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will handle cylinders and safety paperwork, and you’ll be home every night with predictable schedules.

Requirements include a Class B CDL with HazMat endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet DOT standards. Equal opportunity employer.

• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years.
• HazMat endorsement and ability to meet DOT physical qualifications.
• Able to read Safety Data Sheets and perform basic computer order entry.

Job Details: Job Location: Massachusetts - Milford - Milford, MA 01757, Salary Range: $31.00 - $32.00 Hourly, Maine Oxy has an immediate opening for a HazMat Class B Driver!!

$31-31/hour hourly pay, plus jump in with a $5,000 sign on bonus! Full time, local routes, home every night and weekends, steady work, and overtime typically available!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Run a scheduled local route delivering cylinders and hard goods, and return empties for refilling
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and document any issues
• Keep load manifests and vehicle paperwork accurate and balanced with truck counts
• Build good customer relationships and help them stay ahead of their cylinder needs
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Follow all DOT and OSHA regulations and keep the truck clean and professional

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with HazMat endorsement and airbrakes
• At least 21 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of driving experience or driving school training in the past 4 years
• A clean record: no at‑fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years
• Able to meet DOT physical qualification standards
• Able to read Safety Data Sheets and comfortable with basic computer order entry
• Experience handling compressed gases is a plus, not a requirement

What to expect (this is physical, hands‑on work)

• Drive hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, standing, and reaching
• Routinely lift 25 to 75 pounds, occasionally more with equipment
• Work indoors and out, from roughly -10°F to over 100°F
• Use your senses to spot leaking gas from cylinders (see, hear, smell)
