Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a driver with a Class A license with Hazmat to service our San Diego, CA plant. The role involves collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare locations and delivering exceptional customer service daily.

Expect a 40-hour week with 4am start times, OT opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. The fleet is modern, and safety PPE is provided as part of a strong safety program.

Qualifications

• Class A license with Hazmat and clean driving record.
• DOT compliance experience and logging hours.
• Strong customer focus and willingness to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting and delivering medical waste containers.
• Provide strong customer service and build relationships.
• Operate straight trucks and tractor trailers up to 53 feet.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes.
• Load/unload and organize truck per schedule.
• Comply with DOT regulations and conduct pre/post-trip checks.
