Job summary

Maine Oxy delivers helium cylinders regionally to established customers, with a consistent route and overnight stays. You stay in hotels, return home on Fridays, and work a fixed zone each week, keeping weekends free.

You need a Class A CDL with Hazmat, one year of driving experience or recent training, and a high school diploma. You will load/unload, inspect vehicles, and manage customer inventory while completing DOT paperwork.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• 1 year of driving experience or driving school training within the past 4 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, read highway signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver helium compressed gas cylinders to scheduled, repeat customers.
• Load and unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain DOT compliance.
• Build relationships with regular customers and help manage their inventory needs.
