Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Clovis, NM is seeking a professional CDL driver to deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and delivering excellent service.

You will count delivered and picked up quantities and styles, and ensure compliance with DOT shipping papers. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification, valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat endorsement, age

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School, with a valid Class A or B CDL
• Must be 21 years or older
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or must obtain within 60 days of hire
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years
• No alcohol-related convictions within last 10 years
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10-12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products
• Prepare and process hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify and address needed vehicle repairs or maintenance
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals
• Continuous learning about Linde's operations and growth
