Job summary

R Transport is seeking experienced Class A CDL Dump Truck Drivers to support our hazardous and special waste transportation services across Washington and the Pacific Northwest. This regional role requires overnight travel up to four nights per week and occasional local work based on project needs.

You will operate dump trucks, ensure regulatory compliance, complete required paperwork, and maintain equipment in a safe, professional condition.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• HazMat endorsement
• DOT medical certification
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Meet DOT/FMCSA driver qualifications
• Pass drug and alcohol testing
• Safely operate commercial equipment
• Willing to stay overnight up to four nights per week

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump truck and related Class A equipment
• Transport hazardous, special, dangerous, industrial and other materials
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete manifests, shipping documents, ELogs and other paperwork
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, WA state, customer and company safety requirements
• Inspect and secure loads throughout transportation
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers and project personnel
• Perform local and regional assignments as needed
• Maintain company equipment in clean, safe condition
