Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a hazardous materials endorsement.
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a DOT-approved medical examiner or obtain one within five business days of conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report needed repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform other store tasks including warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing orders.
