Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a supervisor to lead field teams in the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You will coordinate subcontractors, provide training, and prepare project estimates in accordance with regulations.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Chemistry or related science, 5–7 years of hazardous waste experience, and 1–2 years of supervision. A valid driver’s license and HAZWOPER training are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or BA in a related science; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 5 to 7 years of hazardous waste experience.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages team(s) including hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinates subcontractors and field personnel per specs and regulations.
• Provides guidance and training to field service staff.
• Prepares project estimates, proposals, and assists with contracts.
