Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Earth City, MO seeks a Hazardous Waste Coordinator to manage lab waste streams, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on collection, storage, packaging, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes with daily oversight.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with overtime as needed; compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a chemical environment.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lift, carry and move 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, storage, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Manage waste inventories, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, RCRA, EPA, and state/local regulations.
• Conduct weekly inspections of storage areas and track corrective actions.
• Package and ship waste to TSDFs and manage waste minimization efforts.
• Maintain waste tracking systems and generate regulatory reports.
• Support spill response, safety, and EH&S programs.
