Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material handling, or a related field preferred.
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience required.
• DOT and RCRA training required.
• OSHA 24-hour or 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with annual refresher training required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in an industrial environment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, climbing, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Offload, palletize, stage, and reload waste materials using a forklift.
• Coordinate loads between hubs, treatment facilities, and outbound destinations.
• Ensure transportation activities are efficient and comply with storage permits and regulatory requirements.
• Dispatch transportation from hub locations.
• Assist with tracking hazardous waste manifest return timelines.
• Maintain Hub Management databases and Outlook records.
• Safely operate forklifts while following all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
