Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift experience is required.
  • Experience in warehouse/industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Safely offload, palletize, stage, and reload waste materials using a forklift.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing loads between hubs, plants, and other outbound destinations.
  • Support transportation efficiency while ensuring compliance with facility storage permits and operational requirements.
  • Dispatch transportation from hub locations as needed.
  • Assist with tracking manifest return timelines and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate information in the Hub Database, Outlook, and Hub Management systems.
  • Inspect and handle containers according to company procedures and safety/environmental regulations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Safely climb on/off forklifts and operate equipment throughout the day.
  • Move drums weighing up to 800 pounds with a drum dolly and weights up to 1,500 pounds with a pallet jack.

Job description

Clean Harbors located in Phoenix, AZ are seeking to add a Forklift Driver to their team. The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely moving, organizing, and staging containers of hazardous and non-hazardous waste received from Clean Harbors facilities and direct generators. This position primarily operates a forklift to offload, palletize, and reload materials while supporting transportation efficiency, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable storage permits and safety requirements.

Shift

3:00 PM-11:30 PM Monday-Friday. OT and Saturdays as needed

Pay

$22-23/HR

  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment is preferred;
  • Forklift experience is required;
  • Computer knowledge is a plus.
