Job summary

A leading facilities management company is looking for a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas. This role includes performing janitorial tasks and operating cleaning equipment during Monday to Friday shifts. Candidates should have strong communication skills and some training or experience in cleaning. A valid driver's license and potential forklift certification may be required. The position offers $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
