Job summary

Reworld in New Castle, PA is hiring a Field Service Technician I to safely clean up and prepare waste for transportation, including loading tanks and inspecting equipment at customer sites.

You will perform confined space entry and operate equipment in accordance with OSHA and company policies; travel up to 25% and lift up to 50 lbs. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay within the stated range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to travel 10-25% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment including pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts and other tools in accordance with company policies and OSHA requirements.
• Handling, packaging and transportation of both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials.
• Removes materials from tanks, pits, or trenches with hand tools for industrial and environmental cleanup.
• Work in confined spaces above or below ground and on or under equipment.
• Daily work in confined space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools hand tools and/or other tools as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean working environment.
• Acts as a professional representative of Reworld while acting in an autonomous manner at a customer site.
• Complies with OSHA Health and Safety Rules and completes required training provided by Reworld.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
