Univar Solutions USA LLC is seeking an Environmental Field Specialist II in New Berlin, WI to support CSR/logistics, waste management, and regulatory compliance on customer sites. The role involves instrument upkeep, paperwork accuracy, and coordinating hazardous waste shipments with TSDF partners, while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with a science background, familiarity with RCRA/DOT/EPA rules, and experience with Excel and data

Qualifications

• Must understand RCRA, DOT and EPA regulations for hazardous waste handling and shipping.
• Experience with inspections, paperwork, and regulatory compliance for hazardous waste.
• Strong foundation in chemistry/environmental science and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CSR/Logistics coordination and waste management on customer sites.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments with daily readiness checks.
• Prepare shipping paperwork for hazardous waste following regulatory rules.
• Coordinate waste pickups, schedules, and TSDF submissions.
• Perform site inspections and waste audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Load/unload on-site equipment and assist with hazardous waste handling as needed.

CDL license (if required)

Education
