Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a CSR/Logistics Coordinator at customer-site locations to manage hazardous waste packing, transportation, and disposal in compliance with RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations. You will oversee subcontractors, perform site inspections, coordinate pickups, and ensure accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities include waste sampling, TSDF coordination, and maintaining profiles and calendars with sales, transporters, and customers while complying with all safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations for hazardous waste handling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, data management, and Excel.
• Experience with waste documentation and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply RCRA, DOT and EPA regulations for packaging, transport, and disposal of hazardous waste.
• Prepare and confirm accuracy of shipping paperwork for hazardous waste.
• Coordinate site inspections and audits and manage pickup schedules.
• Consolidate non-hazardous and class 2 waste for roll off and TSDF coordination.
• Track profiles submitted to TSDF and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Operate forklift as needed and ensure compliance with safety policies.
