Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a CDL A Driver with Hazwoper training for on-site work at various retail facilities in the Denver area. The role involves characterizing, packaging and documenting hazardous and pharmaceutical waste, and preparing all required documentation to comply with EPA, DOT and state regulations.

The position requires travel within the assigned territory, successful completion of DOT physical and background checks, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
• Hazwoper trained technician capable of on-site waste characterization, packing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel between customer retail facilities within assigned territory.
• Manage hazardous waste and pharmaceutical waste characterization, packaging and documentation.
• Prepare manifests and LDRs for hazardous waste shipments per EPA/DOT regulations.
• Maintain travel schedule and route to meet 10-day transfer schedules.
• Provide training and support for customers on processes and regulatory compliance.
• Provide written and verbal reports to customer and supervisor.
