Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience driving business growth and delivering technical excellence.
• Completion of the 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
• Certification as a California Asbestos Consultant and CDPH Lead Inspector/Assessor is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the profitability of the team and contribute to the business unit's success.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior leaders to deliver environmental services (asbestos, lead, hazardous materials).
• Develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline throughout Southern California.
• Conduct field work including site inspections, sampling, and environmental assessments.
• Prepare reports and technical documents; ensure regulatory compliance and clarity for clients.
• Interface with clients at a technical level and provide expert guidance.
