Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
• Eight years of related experience in hazard mitigation planning or resilience planning
• Master’s degree preferred; professional certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and update FEMA-compliant Hazard Mitigation Plans
• Coordinate plan development through stakeholder review and FEMA approval
• Prepare technical reports, planning documents, and white papers
• Facilitate planning meetings and public engagement activities
