Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is hiring Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations. You will perform food preparation, inventory stocking, and ensure quality, safety, and timely service on the cookline.

Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, offering a competitive $20.00 per hour and meal discounts for employees. Qualifications include a Food Handler Card, basic math and English communication skills, strong customer service, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
