Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Phoenix is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. You will support back-of-house operations, prepare ingredients, stock inventory, and ensure high-quality food is prepared to order.

You will work in a fast-casual environment, maintain cleanliness, follow health codes, and deliver friendly service to customers. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with competitive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills; basic English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation; stocking of inventory; quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
