Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Peoria, AZ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and prepare fast, fresh meals in a busy, casual setting. You will work on the cookline, stock supplies, and ensure food quality and timely service.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and Kitchen Crew training guidelines.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
