Qualifications

College graduate with a commitment to public health workforce development.
Strong writing and editing skills, plus ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work with government, academic institutions and community partners.

Responsibilities

Build internship infrastructure including onboarding toolkits and supervisor guides.
Develop evaluation systems and feedback tools to track outcomes.
Create training materials to strengthen staff capacity.
Support workforce development pathways for low-income individuals.
