Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed plans for roadway alignments and drainage systems.
• Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports.
• Conduct on-site inspections and review construction submissions.
• Build and maintain client relationships across Hawaii and the Pacific.
