Job summary

Lines for Life seeks a Hawaii Statewide Trainer to lead YouthLine training and education across Hawaii. You will deliver evidence-based suicide prevention trainings, run school programs, and support statewide initiatives for youth mental health and well-being.

You will coordinate training activities, guide schools and partners, and expand access to prevention education. Travel across the islands is required; Near Peer programming and community engagement are key components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating trainings or educational programming.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Willingness to travel across Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based trainings and educational programming.
• Coordinate statewide training schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance, certifications, and outcomes.
• Engage schools and community partners statewide.
• Support Near Peer training across Hawaii.
• Analyze feedback to improve programs.
• Travel throughout Hawaii to meet training needs.
