Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, in partnership with Invo Healthcare, seeks a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our Hawaii school-based services team. You will deliver evidence-based support, implement discrete trial instruction, and collect data within IEP processes to help students succeed.

Qualified candidates hold RBT certification through BACB with a QBS certificate; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• QBS Certificate held or pursued is required/desired.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• School experience with special needs students and disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize assistive technology, IEP data collection systems and data collection.
• Implement discrete trial instruction.
• Implement behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain records and collect data, complete treatment notes as required.
• Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.
• Perform other RBT duties within licensure and certification scope.
