Job summary

The Queen’s Health Systems in Hawaii seeks a Manager of Primary Care Physician Practice for the Punchbowl Region to lead day-to-day ambulatory operations. You will partner with physicians and clinical leaders to resolve bottlenecks, optimize staffing, and drive frontline team performance with clarity and aloha.

You will guide operational excellence, ensure high quality care, and focus on access, patient experience, and staff development across multi-site clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare admin preferred.
• 4+ years in ambulatory/healthcare operations; 2+ years supervisory.
• RN license in Hawaii preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills; MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multi-site ambulatory clinics and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to improve access, flow and clinical quality.
• Direct staffing, provider schedules, and frontline teams with clear direction and aloha.
• Drive financial stewardship and patient experience to advance care delivery.
